Curiousities

  • Stockholm syndrome is an expression describing the behavior of persons detained against their will, who, after some time, become sympathetic to their captors. The name derives from a hostage incident in Stockholm's bank in 1973, when four hostages at the end of their captivity actively resisted rescue.
